CARLOS MAURICIO

Carlos Maurcio is a Lighting and Digital Media Designer based in Fort Collins, CO. His design is founded on amplifying and humanizing the voices of marginalized groups. Carlos understands that art should be accessible to all, he is interested in the influence of art, emotion, storytelling, and culture to help him design spaces and emotions anyone can understand.

His work includes Rent The Musical, Vitality's V I M vol.2, Untamed Gist, FRACTURED, Mr. Tom's Diner, Mean Girls The Musical, Everybody, Joel Bacon's Halloween Organ Extravaganza, Ralph Opera Center Collection of Arias, and Roe V. Dobs.

 

Carlos currently works with Colorado State University's RamEvents as the Lead PR and Marketing Coordinator.

 

Carlos is currently working towards a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Design and Technology and Race, Gender, and Ethnic Studies at Colorado State University. He is a Legacy First Generation Honors Scholar, a Communities for Excellence Scholar, a Daniel Hagy Scholar, and a Summit Foundation Scholar.
